Sandi's Bonding Week

Sandi and Curtis came up to Happy Jack for lunch with us today. We are camped in our motorhome in the pines at Sunrise Resort. Curtis is going to Camp LoMia (an LDS camp) near Pine, AZ for the week. He is Bishop and is enjoying the girls and their adventures. Sandi stays with us and bonds with her dad for the week. They enjoy hiking in the pines and having long talks. We might even have lunch at the Long Valley Cafe at Clint's Well. Our granddaughter, Lauren George, will be arriving on Saturday. Then us three girls will go to my Blue Ridge Branch District Conference on Sunday. Following the meetings they are having a luncheon...kind of like "linger longer" for the singles ward! We should have fun!

Peter's Graduation as a Dr of Pharmacy

Friday, June 12, 2009 my Grandson, Peter Nielson, graduated after 7 years of college and a two year mission in Brazil as a Doctor of Pharmacy!!! Grandpa and I couldn't be prouder. He graduated from Midwestern University at the Glendale, AZ campus. We were lucky enough to attend this auspicious occasion. The below video is a clip from his graduation.
